WHAT WE OFFER

Tuition and Fees

Our annual enrollment fee covers umbrella school services for one full school year: official enrollment status, record-keeping through Stellar Academic, access to academic advising, and transcript services.

Founding Family Rate: Families enrolling in our first year receive a special rate of $100/student. This rate is for Year 1 only and honors the families who join us at the beginning.

Annual Enrollment

  • Per student: $200/year
  • Sibling discount: $150/year for each additional child in the same family

Additional Fees

  • Application fee (non-refundable): $25
  • Official transcript fee: $15 per transcript
  • Diploma fee: $45
  • Replacement enrollment letter: $10

Payment Options

Annual enrollment fees may be paid in full at enrollment or in two installments (fall and spring). Monthly payment plans are available upon request.

Refund Policy

The application fee is non-refundable. Enrollment fees are refunded on a prorated basis if a student withdraws within the first 30 days of the school year. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable, though student records will be maintained through the end of the enrolled school year.

Financial Assistance

GCA is committed to making Christian umbrella school services accessible to families. A limited number of need-based fee reductions are available each year.
